Delivery Information

Retro Upgrades offers free shipping on most products to all of our customers in the UK, along with both standard and tracked delivery services available for our international customers. We use Royal Mail for all of our shipping services as they are reliable and provide fast delivery worldwide.

Delivery cut-off time – We aim to ship all orders placed before 2:00 pm UK time on the same day. Any orders placed after 2:00 pm will be shipped out the following day. Orders will only be dispatched on working days (Monday-Friday), any orders placed on public holidays and the weekend (Saturday-Sunday) will be dispatched on the next working day.

UK Shipping – If you spend over £50 in our store, you are eligible for receive FREE Delivery to anywhere in the UK. *Our free delivery offer can be used in conjunction with coupon codes, however, the minimum limit of £50.00 must be met after discounts have been applied.

International shipping – We offer both standard and tracked delivery services for international customers. *Standard service is currently only available on smaller orders. Any import/customs fees are not covered by us.

EU shipping (updated 15th July 2021) – We’re currently waiting on IOSS registration, so that EU customers may pre-pay VAT on all orders with a value below £135 (€150) on the Retro Upgrades website. We’re also setting up a system so that EU VAT can be pre-paid upon checkout for any purchases over £135 (€150).

This page will be updated once it has been setup. In the meantime, please either order via our eBay store (for IOSS prepaid VAT), or alternatively via the Retro Upgrades website. Currently the following will apply to website orders:

Shipments to Europe do not include any VAT/import fees. Prices upon checkout exclude VAT to any destination country outside of the UK. All products imported to the EU are now subject to VAT/import taxes and will have to be paid by the buyer upon delivery. Each country in the European Union has different VAT rates, please check with your local government or customs website for more information if you’re unclear.

We will not accept liability for returns due to declined or unpaid import charges that you may incur. We can only offer to refund orders minus delivery and return charges, once the declined parcel has been returned to us.

COVID-19 – International shipping times have seemingly returned back to normal. However, please bare in mind when placing an order that there could be a slight delay due to COVID-19. We’ll continue to update this page if there are any changes.

Shipping costs – All shipping totals minus any import fees are calculated upon checkout.

Tracking – If you have placed an order with tracked shipping service, you will receive the tracking code and link via email. You can track your parcel by clicking here
