Each SNES kit includes a 470uF/6.3v capacitor which is to be attached to the 7805 voltage regulator's output circuit. The negative leg of the capacitor (indicated with a stripe) attaches to the center pin of the 7805 and the positive leg of the capacitor connects to the output pin of the 7805.
