UltraPIF by Jago85 is the best solution to achieve a true region-free Nintendo 64 console. The UltraPIF replaces the functions of the original PIF-NUS chip that maintains region lockout & copy protection. In addition, it has a built-in clock generator to compensate for the difference of both PAL & NTSC video clocks.
