The SCART Sense Injector allows you to add signal voltages to switch CRT TV’s to a specific mode, between either RGB / AV and 4:3 / 16:9. Many devices or cables will not provide the correct voltages to the SCART connector on a CRT TV, therefore, “RGB mode” may be disabled and the incorrect aspect ratio is forced by default. The SCART Sense Injector helps overcome this issue.
The SCART Sense Injector also detects whether or not there is a signal present and only switches the voltage when there is a signal.
Please note: To operate the SCART Sense Injector, a USB power supply with power delivery or other fast charge protocols that can send 12V is required.
Each USB power supply indicates which voltages can be output via which port. The Scart Sense Injector has a USB-C connector.
